- Selenium content requirements: The selenium content of selenium-rich solid agricultural products is ≥0.150mg/kg; the selenium content of selenium-rich liquid agricultural products is ≥0.075mg/L; the selenium content of selenium-rich agricultural products and processed products is less than 20%, and the selenium content is ≥0.150mg/kg, and the water content is 20%. The above calculation is based on the selenium content decreasing by 0.020 mg/kg for every 10% increase in water content.
