- This standard specifies the impregnation process for colored and colorless chemical conversion coatings on aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces. This standard is applicable to the colored and colorless chemical conversion coatings on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys at the bottom of the paint; it can also be used alone as the colored and colorless chemical conversion coatings on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys for anti-corrosion.
