- 1.0.1 In order to unify the content and standards of chemical solid raw material and fuel preparation engineering design, further improve the design quality, and speed up the design progress, these regulations are specially formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the engineering design of solid fuel preparation for heating furnaces, hot blast stoves, boilers and other kilns and furnaces; to the preparation of solid raw materials for coking plants that use coal as raw materials, and for coal gasification plants that use coal or coke as raw materials. Engineering design; suitable for producing calcium carbide, yellow phosphorus, phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate, calcium chloride from coal, coke, quicklime, phosphate rock, pyrite, cryolite, barite, salt, soda ash, ilmenite and other raw materials , heavy calcium, sulfuric acid, barium salt, titanium self-powder, lithopone and other chemical products engineering design; suitable for the engineering design of the preparation of chemical solid raw materials such as acetylene, acetylene black, polyvinyl chloride and other chemical solid raw materials using calcium carbide as raw materials. The above-mentioned chemical solid raw material and fuel preparation processes include particle size classification (screening) of materials, crushing of bulk materials, grinding, and drying of wet materials.
