Scope: 1.0.1 These regulations are formulated in accordance with the "Design Code for Noise Control of Industrial Enterprises" and the "Design Regulations for Environmental Protection of Chemical Construction Projects". 1.0.2 The fundamental tasks of these regulations are: to make the design of chemical construction projects comply with the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution", implement environmental protection and labor protection guidelines and policies, strictly control noise pollution, and protect the physical and mental health of employees, Protect and improve the acoustic environment of the factory and its surroundings. 1.0.3 These regulations apply to the noise control design of new construction, expansion, reconstruction and technical transformation projects of chemical enterprises (except pulse noise). 1.0.4 In addition to implementing these regulations, the noise control design of chemical construction projects should also comply with other relevant current national standards and specifications.
