This standard specifies the types, technical conditions and markings of standard human and hand holes from HG 21515-95 to HG 21535-95. This standard applies to carbon steel and low alloy steel manholes and hand holes used as entrances, exits or inspection ports on containers in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The nominal pressure is normal pressure 0.25MPa ~ 6.3MPa, and the working temperature is - 40℃~500℃. Containers similar to those used in the chemical and petrochemical industries may also adopt this standard. The applicable scope, type, basic parameters and dimensions of various types of man and hand holes (including the materials of each component in the man and hand holes, the maximum impact-free working pressure value at different working temperatures, etc.) and their technical requirements are respectively stipulated in HG 21515-95~HG 21535-95 standard.
