1.0.1 This standard specifies the size, operating pressure and temperature, technical requirements, inspection and marking of DN25~500mm rubber-lined steel pipes (rubber pipes) and pipe fittings (elbows, tees, reducers). 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the design of pipelines that transport corrosive media or are worn by solid particles in chemical, petrochemical, textile, electric power, metallurgy and other departments. Nominal pressure PN ≤ 1.0MPa (gauge pressure); vacuum degree ≤ 0.08MPa. Hard rubber plate: The operating temperature should be greater than or equal to 0°C and less than or equal to 85°C; when the vacuum degree is less than or equal to 0.08MPa, the operating temperature should be greater than or equal to 0°C and less than or equal to 65°C. Semi-hard rubber sheet: The operating temperature should be greater than or equal to -25℃ and less than or equal to 75℃. Synthetic rubber sheet: The operating temperature should be determined according to the product grade.
