Scope
1.1.1 This standard is applicable to rubber linings of chemical equipment, pipes and pipe fittings made of steel and cast iron. It is used to resist corrosion by chemical media or abrasion of solid particles. It is also applicable to composite lining equipment with rubber as an isolation layer. Rubber lined section. 1.1.2 This standard does not include equipment for painting and spraying liquid rubber layers. 1.1.3 This standard does not apply to jacketed steam-heated equipment and threaded pipes and fittings. 1.2 Working temperature and working pressure of rubber lining equipment 1.2.1 Working temperature range (1) The allowable working temperature of hard rubber plate is 0~+85℃. When the vacuum degree is less than or equal to 0.08MPa, the maximum operating temperature is +65°C. When the vacuum degree is greater than 0.08MPa but less than 0.093MPa, the maximum operating temperature is +40°C. (2) The allowable working temperature of semi-hard rubber sheets and soft rubber sheets is -25~+75℃. (3) The allowable working temperature of the synthetic rubber sheet can be determined based on the heat resistance stability in the product manual and the actual measured temperature of the sample. (4) The allowable working temperature of special rubber sheets should be determined according to the technical conditions established by the manufacturer and development unit. 1.2.2 Working pressure range: The nominal pressure is less than or equal to 0.6MPa (gauge pressure).
