- 1.O.1 In order to standardize the preparation and management of construction organization design of chemical construction projects. This standard is specially formulated to improve the preparation quality and management level to meet the needs of implementing project management and guiding construction. 1.O.2 This standard applies to new projects, expansion projects, and renovation projects in chemical construction. It also applies to above-ground construction and installation projects in chemical mine construction projects. It does not apply to underground mine construction projects in chemical mine construction projects. 1.O.3 When undertaking a chemical construction project, the construction organization design shall be prepared in accordance with this standard and shall be managed in accordance with this standard.
