Scope

1.O.1 These regulations are formulated in accordance with (87) Guohuan Zi No. 002 on the issuance of the "Regulations on Environmental Protection Design for Construction Projects", the "Regulations on National Environmental Monitoring Management" and the current "Regulations on Environmental Protection Monitoring in the Chemical Industry" and other documents . 1.O.2 The mission of the chemical industry environmental protection monitoring station is to monitor pollutants and noise generated during the production process, implement national environmental protection regulations for chemical industry authorities and enterprises at all levels, formulate pollution prevention and control countermeasures, and prepare environmental protection plans , provide reliable basis for strengthening management and other aspects. 1.O.3 These regulations apply to all chemical new construction, expansion, reconstruction and technological transformation projects, including foreign investment, Sino-foreign joint ventures and imported projects (collectively referred to as chemical construction projects). 1.0.4 Implement the "three simultaneity" regulations that the institutional construction (station or group) of chemical enterprise environmental protection monitoring stations should be designed, constructed, and put into operation at the same time as the main project.
