- 1.O.1 This standard is specially formulated in order to unify the content and format of technical documents for project construction and delivery in the chemical industry, promote enterprises to strengthen management and improve quality control levels. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the following scopes: 1.O.2.1 New construction, expansion, reconstruction, and technical transformation projects in the chemical industry; 1.0.2.2 The technical handover documents of the project should be from the beginning of the project to the completion of pre-commissioning of all equipment in the factory. Technical documents handed over to the construction unit by the construction unit; 1.0.2.3 The format and content of technical documents for the delivery of installation projects such as machinery, pipelines, electrical, and automated instruments in the chemical industry. 1. O.3 The format and content of construction project delivery technical documents should be implemented in accordance with the current national standards. 1.O.4 The format and content of technical documents for boiler and pressure vessel assembly (or manufacturing) delivery shall be in accordance with the current national standards and the regulations of the Ministry of Labor. 1.O.5 The format and content of the delivery technical documents for project quality inspection and assessment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standards "Quality Inspection and Assessment Standards for Construction and Installation Projects" and "Quality Inspection and Assessment Standards for Industrial Installation Projects".
