- This part of GB/T 25068 specifies the security requirements for using a virtual private network (VPN) to connect to the Internet and connect remote users to the network, as well as guidelines for the selection, implementation and monitoring of control technologies necessary when using a VPN to provide network security . This section applies to personnel responsible for selecting and implementing the technical controls necessary to provide network security when using a VPN, and subsequently to network monitoring personnel for VPN security.
