- 1.0.1 This standard applies to manual and semi-automatic filter presses. The filter slurry is a suspension containing solid particles of 10 to 500kg/m3. Operating temperature: modified polypropylene material: ≤80℃; reinforced modified polypropylene material: ≤110℃. Filtration pressure: The filtration pressure of plate and frame filter press is 0.3~0.5MPa (gauge pressure); the filtration pressure of reinforced modified polypropylene chamber filter press is 0.3~1.6MPa (gauge pressure). Filtration area: The maximum filtration area of plate and frame filter press is ≤120m|(2), and the maximum filtration area of enhanced modified polypropylene chamber filter press is ≤500m|(2). Usage medium: In addition to strong oxidizing acids and concentrated acetic acid, propionic acid, aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons, it is suitable for all types of inorganic acid, organic acid, alkali or salt solutions.
