- 1.0.1 This regulation applies to the heat tracing and thermal insulation design of chemical equipment instruments and pipelines. 1.0.2 Thermal insulation of instruments and measuring pipelines can ensure that materials in the sealing system of the connection process will not freeze, condense, crystallize, precipitate, vaporize, etc., and ensure that the instrument is within the operating temperature range allowed by technical conditions. 1.0.3 For measuring pipelines, instruments and auxiliary equipment that cannot work normally at ambient temperature, the insulation design can be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this regulation. 1.0.4 When implementing these regulations, it should still comply with the requirements of current relevant national standards.
