- This standard specifies the model, technical requirements, safety requirements, testing and inspection rules of inner tube vulcanizers. This standard applies to vulcanizers for vulcanizing pneumatic tire inner tubes (hereinafter referred to as vulcanizers). This standard does not apply to vulcanizing machines for vulcanizing car inner tubes, motorcycle inner tubes and bicycle inner tubes.
