- This standard specifies the calculation method of dozer blade capacity and provides a unified method for comparing the dozer blade capacities indicated in product samples and instructions. This standard assumes that the dozer blade is a vertical flat plate and does not take into account the capacity contained in the dozer blade. This standard applies to various dozer blades installed on various types of bulldozers defined in GB 8590, including fixed, rotary, semi-U-shaped and U-shaped dozer blades. This standard does not apply to predictions of dozer productivity at actual sites or to observable dozer productivity under any particular conditions.
