Scope

1.0.1 In order to unify the technical regulations and standards for the engineering design of chemical powder material mechanical conveying systems, better implement the national technical and economic policies and technical standards, and strive to achieve the economy, rationality and reliability of powder mechanical conveying as much as possible These regulations are specially formulated to improve the design level and quality and speed up the design progress. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the basic engineering design (preliminary design) and detailed engineering design (construction drawings) of powder material handling, crushing, screening, storage and packaging systems for new construction or reconstruction and expansion projects of large and medium-sized chemical enterprises. The mechanical conveying process design of the stage, the mechanical conveying process design of powder materials in construction projects of small chemical enterprises and other industries can also be used as a reference. 1.0.3 Mechanical transportation of chemical powder materials should be based on actual conditions, draw on domestic and foreign technical experience, adopt mature new processes, comply with relevant regulations on labor safety and health and environmental protection, and strive to achieve advanced technology, reasonable layout, reliable operation, and safe operation , easy maintenance, economical and practical. 1.0.4 The design of the mechanical conveying system for chemical powder materials should be based on the long-term planning of the entire plant’s production scale, leaving room for expansion. If it is confirmed through technical and economic comparison that phased construction is unreasonable, it can be completed in one go. When designing the reconstruction and expansion project, the actual conditions of the original production system should be combined to give full play to the capabilities of the original facilities. 1.0.5 These regulations only apply to the relevant process design aspects of belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, buried scraper conveyors, plate conveyors, vibration conveyors, scraper conveyors and other commonly used conveyor machinery.
