- This guideline stipulates the purpose, content and depth of environmental impact reports at each stage during the capital construction period of shallow radioactive solid waste disposal sites, as well as the standard format and specific requirements for preparation. This guideline applies to all shallow ground disposal of radioactive solid waste above or below ground, with protective covering, with or without engineering barriers.
