This document specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality commitments of multi-layer printed circuit boards for automotive electronic safety parts. This document applies to multi-layer printed circuit boards (hereinafter referred to as "printed circuit boards (PCB)") used in safety control components (body control systems, chassis systems, power systems, etc.) in automotive electronic system products.
