- 1.0.1 This regulation is to better implement the national technical and economic policies and the "Chemical Mechanized Transportation Design Principles" (HG20518-92) issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, so as to improve the engineering design level and quality of chemical solid material yards and warehouses. Investment efficiency and saving of project land. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the design of new construction or expansion projects of solid material yards and warehouse storage and transportation systems of large and medium-sized chemical enterprises. The design of solid material yards and warehouses for construction projects in small chemical companies and other industries can also be used as a reference. The regional layout and system facility design of storage and transportation systems for chemical solid materials that are flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive or highly corrosive and prone to generate dust should comply with the current "Design Fire Protection Regulations for Refining and Chemical Enterprises and Fire Protection Code for Building Design" , "Dangerous Goods Transport Rules" and "Chemical Powder Engineering Design Safety and Hygiene Regulations".
