Scope

This standard specifies the type and size of O-type vacuum rubber sealing rings. This standard is applicable to the sealing of reciprocating vacuum mechanical equipment with external atmospheric pressure and vacuum chamber pressure higher than 1×10 (-4Pa). The reciprocating speed is lower than 0.2m/s at the specified temperature. For sealing in other situations of vacuum machinery and equipment, O-rings can also be used.
