Scope

This standard specifies the type and size of J-type vacuum rubber sealing rings. This standard is applicable to the sealing of rotating vacuum mechanical equipment with external atmospheric pressure and a vacuum chamber pressure higher than 1×10 (-4Pa). At the specified temperature, the rotational linear speed is lower than 2m/s, and the rotating speed is lower than 2 000min ( -1).
