Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the structure, materials, manufacturing, testing and inspection of square cast iron economizers. This standard is applicable to profile cast iron economizers used with industrial steam boilers whose boiler rated steam pressure is not greater than 2.5MPa and hot water boilers whose permitted working pressure is not greater than 2.5MPa.
