- This standard specifies the main content, technical requirements and methods of ecological environment assessment of land-based sewage outlets into the sea and adjacent sea areas. This standard applies to ecological and environmental assessment work on land-based sewage outfalls into the sea and adjacent sea areas in the inland seas, territorial waters of the People's Republic of China, and all other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China.
