- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of thermosetting plastic water-lubricated wear-resistant materials. This standard applies to thermosetting plastic water-lubricated wear-resistant materials such as P23-1, P117, FM, COP, and DAP-2. Among them, P23-1, P117, FM, and COP are phenolic molding compounds that use novolac resin as the binder and asbestos, coke powder, graphite, etc. as fillers; DAP-2 uses diallyl phthalate resin. (DAP) is a thermosetting plastic with mineral fibers and heat-resistant solid lubricants as fillers as the matrix.
