- This standard specifies the sampling, safety inspection items and methods for imported and exported electric and electronic toys, as well as the determination of results. This standard is applicable to the safety inspection of various types of toys where electricity is the main energy source, such as electric toys, electronic toys, electric assembly toys, electric functional toys, experimental devices, etc. This standard does not apply to the following products: ——Movable lamps of interest to children (GB 7000.4); ——Christmas decorations; ——Scale models for adult collection; ——Equipment for collective use on playgrounds; ——Sports equipment; ——Underwater equipment for use in deep water; ——Folk dolls and decorative dolls and other similar items for adult collection; ——Professional sex toys installed in public places (commercial centers, stations, etc.); ——Fireworks, including detonators; ——Javelin devices with metal heads; ——Ovens, irons or other functional products with a supply voltage exceeding 24V; ——Educational products that contain heating elements and are intended to be used under adult supervision; ——- vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines; ——toy steam engines; ——bicycles designed for sports or for driving on roads; ——video toys with a supply voltage exceeding 24V and capable of being connected to a display; ——faithful imitations of real weapons ; ——Children's jewelry.
