- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of fast intermediate relays. This standard applies to fast intermediate relays used in secondary circuits of power systems. This kind of relay is used as an auxiliary relay in the secondary circuit of the power system to increase the melting point logarithm, melting point capacity or conversion circuit of the previous stage relay, and is suitable for use as a tripping relay. This standard applies only to new relays.
