- This standard specifies the structural type, basic parameters and technical requirements for metal-clad gaskets used in steel shell-and-tube heat exchangers. This standard applies to metal-clad gaskets for steel shell-and-tube heat exchangers with design temperatures higher than -20°C to 450°C and design pressures not greater than 6.4MPa.
