- This standard applies to take-up devices and pay-off devices used in wire and cable equipment. The series of parameters and dimensions in subsequent parts of this standard and its appendices are determined in accordance with the provisions of JB/T 7600, JB/T 8137 and JB/T 8997. This standard must be used in conjunction with its subsequent parts.
