Scope

This standard applies to the manufacturing and acceptance of boiler grates, stoking devices, slag removal equipment and rotary air preheater one-way transmission (reverse transmission is allowed during maintenance) gears and worm gear reducers. This standard does not apply to planetary gears and other special transmission types of reduction gearboxes.
