- This standard is applicable to fast reverse blocking three-pole thyristors with symmetrical blocking characteristics and a rated average on-state current of 5A to 1600A according to the shell. Asymmetric fast thyristors may refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to fast turn-off transistors. This standard specifies the technical requirements for the type, size, rating, characteristics, inspection rules, marking and packaging technology of fast crystal tubes.
