- This standard specifies the pattern and structure requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage of test plates for sheet-fed lithographic printing machines. This standard is applicable to single-color to multi-color test plates for sheet-fed offset printing presses with a paper format of A2 or larger. Test plates for small lithographic presses with paper formats smaller than A2 can also be implemented as a reference.
