Scope
Research shows that a comparative analysis of the total selenium content, organic selenium content and selenium dissolution rate in tea soup between artificially enriched selenium and natural selenium-enriched tea, compared with artificial selenium-enriched tea and natural selenium-enriched tea, the average ratio of organic selenium to total selenium: 81.6 % < 92.8%, indicating that the organic selenium content of natural selenium-enriched tea is 10% higher than that of artificial selenium-enriched tea. The average dissolution rate of selenium in the tea soup after soaking in artificial selenium-enriched tea: 33.8%, and the average dissolution rate of selenium in the tea soup after soaking in natural selenium-enriched tea is 14.0%, indicating that artificial selenium-enriched tea is a natural selenium-enriched tea. The average dissolution rate of selenium in tea soup 2.4 times, indicating that artificial selenium-enriched tea is easier to dissolve than natural selenium-enriched tea, which is consistent with the fact that inorganic valence states such as sodium selenite are more soluble in water than organic valence states.
