- This standard specifies the basic parameters of a high-speed steel ball automatic cold heading machine with a maximum nominal steel ball diameter of 3 to 30 mm and a separate die and slider. This standard is applicable to high-speed steel ball automatic cold heading machines for cold heading steel ball blanks of metal wires (or bars), and the tensile strength of the product material σ|(b) ≤ 800 MPa.
