Scope

This standard applies to XY recorders that record analog electrical signals. This standard specifies technical requirements for XY recorders used to measure the following quantities: 　——voltage or current; 　——other electrical quantities; 　——non-electrical quantities. Measurement: A recorder for quantities other than voltage or current may include a device for converting the input quantity into voltage or current. If the conversion device is interchangeable and detachable, and its conversion relationship is known, this standard only applies to recorders. When measuring other electrical quantities or when the test method is not specified in this standard, the relevant parts of GB 7676 are also applicable to the recorder^(1]). This standard applies to recorders and accessories with electronic devices in their measurement and/or auxiliary circuits. This standard also applies to non-interchangeable accessories and limited interchangeable accessories (such as shunts, impedance elements, etc.) that are used with the recorder and have been combined and adjusted. This standard does not apply to Xt recorders. For XY recorders equipped with a time base, this standard applies to the XY function. This standard does not apply to special-purpose recorders that already have national standards (or industry standards). This standard also does not apply to special-purpose accessories and interchangeable accessories that already have national standards (or industry standards). This standard only applies to recorders in electrical output controllers equipped with recorders and does not apply to their control circuits. This standard does not include protection requirements or corresponding tests against environmental conditions. If you need information in this regard, you should refer to GB 2421 ~ GB 2424 and ZBY 002^(2]). This standard does not include safety requirements. For further information, reference should be made to GB 6738^(3]).
