- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements and basic content for writing product instructions for power tools. This standard applies to the preparation of product instruction manuals for handheld and portable power tools. Product instructions for exported power tools shall comply with the relevant regulations of the foreign trade department except for language and similar requirements. The rest of the content shall comply with the provisions of this standard. Different types of products cannot use the same instruction manual; series products of the same type and different models can use the same instruction manual as long as it does not affect their use.
