- This standard specifies the technical requirements for oxygen converter waste heat boilers, the standards to be followed for testing, acceptance rules, and matters such as manufacturing, installation, marking and packaging. This standard is applicable to various types of oxygen converter waste heat boilers that use water as the medium and have a rated outlet steam pressure not greater than 3.82MPa or an outlet water temperature greater than or equal to 95°C.
