- Scope
- This standard specifies the calculation method for the strength of boiler fillet welds. This standard is applicable to the connection welds of various pipe joints on the furnace barrel, header and pipes of fixed steam boilers with a steam pressure greater than 2.5MPa and the connection welds of stress-bearing members welded to pressure components of the boiler, as well as in manufacturing and installation. Connection welds to all stress-bearing members during transportation.
