- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rubber vehicles and wheels and wheel seat components. This standard applies to rubber-tired rickshaws with a rated load of 1 to 10kN, solid wheels with an outer diameter of 08 to 400mm, and pneumatic wheels and wheel seat components with an outer diameter of 365 to 698mm.
