- This standard specifies the operating environmental conditions, terminology, basic classification, rated parameters, design and structure, type testing, factory testing, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of outdoor three-pole AC high-voltage automatic reclosers. This standard applies to outdoor AC high-voltage automatic reclosers in three-phase systems with a rated voltage of 10kV and a frequency of 50Hz. This standard does not apply to reclosers used in places with fire, explosion hazard, chemical corrosion and severe vibration. Note: If there is no additional explanation, the "recloser" in this standard refers to the outdoor AC high-voltage automatic recloser.
