- This standard specifies the technical requirements for ordering, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of 2(1/4) Cr-1Mo steel forgings for hot wall hydrogenation reactors. This standard applies to hot wall hydrogenation reactor 2(1/4) Cr-1Mo steel forgings with a thickness of not more than 400mm. Other 2(1/4)Cr-1Mo steel forgings for petrochemical pressure vessels can also be used as a reference. Note: The definition of thickness is in accordance with ASME VII Volume AM200.2.
