- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of single pillar shoes for underground coal mines (hereinafter referred to as pillar shoes). This standard applies to column shoes made of metal or polymer as the base material. Column shoes with other base materials should also be used with reference.
