- 4.1 The organization applying for grade assessment should meet the requirements for classification and assessment of green building health and environmental management grades. 4.2 The classification of institutional levels follows the principle of combining the quantitative scoring system for evaluation elements and the conditions for grade classification. 4.3 When assessing grades, institutions should not only meet the classification conditions of the corresponding grade, but also meet the score requirements of the corresponding grade. The calculation method of scores and the score requirements for grades are implemented in Appendix A. 4.4 The classification of levels from low to high is level three, level two, and level one.
