- This standard specifies the exposure test methods and selection principles for mechanical products and components in cold natural climate environments. This standard is applicable to the exposure test of general-purpose products and components in the "cold" (including cold temperature I, excluding cold temperature I) climate zone environment specified in GB 4797.1 "Electrical and Electronic Products Natural Environmental Conditions Temperature and Humidity". Product categories include agricultural machinery, internal combustion engines, engineering machinery, mining machinery, heavy machinery, lifting and transportation machinery, petrochemical general machinery, electrical products, instruments, machine tools, general parts, etc. This standard does not apply to exposure tests of products in industrial atmospheric environments in cold areas, explosive gas mixtures, and special environments such as oceans, ships, and mines.
