Scope
This standard specifies methods for describing the characteristics and classification of vibration generator auxiliary station equipment. This standard applies to auxiliary stations connected to one or more vibration generators. The vibration generator vibrates in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the auxiliary table. The auxiliary table with a horizontal table is the most versatile. If there is a way to eliminate the influence of gravity, the auxiliary table can vibrate in any direction. This standard provides a relatively detailed description of several auxiliary desks. Specifies methods for characterizing support desks. It also serves as a guide for signing contracts between manufacturers and users of such equipment. The types of auxiliary tables specified in this standard are as follows: a) Leaf spring type; b) Oil film or air cushion type; c) Mechanical sliding type; d) Ball, roller, needle roller supporting type; e) Hydraulic sliding type; f) Static Pressure-supported type; g) Magnetic suspension type; h) Dry bearing type with static pressure compensation; 1) A combination of two or more of the above types. This standard specifies three levels of description for test equipment characteristics: a) Level A; b) Level B; c) Level C. The characteristic items described at each level are generally based on the purpose that the user wants to achieve by using the equipment, and do not involve the quality and size of the auxiliary desk. For some description levels, characteristics not specified in the table can be determined by negotiation between the manufacturer and the user. However, at least Class A characteristic descriptions should be included in the manufacturer's technical documents.
