Scope

This standard specifies the overall dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging and storage of MTS (MFS) series thyristor three-phase bridge modules. This standard applies to three-phase bridge modules composed of six ordinary thyristor dies or three ordinary thyristor dies and three ordinary rectifier tube dies.
