- 1.1 This standard specifies various requirements for ZC series vacuum quenching furnace products, including variety specifications, technical performance, ordering and supply, etc. 1.2 This standard applies to horizontal vacuum resistance furnaces designed in accordance with 4.1, 5.1 and 5.2 and mainly used for gas quenching and oil quenching of metal materials under vacuum. 1.3 The enterprise product standards for vacuum furnaces should be formulated in accordance with the provisions of 1.3.3 in GB/T 10067.1-1988 and this standard and meet the requirements of this standard. Enterprise product standards for pressurized vacuum air quenching furnaces, vertical vacuum quenching furnaces, vacuum carburizing furnaces, etc. should be formulated with reference to this standard. Its technical performance shall meet the requirements of 5.3 of this standard unless otherwise specified or otherwise agreed between the supplier and the buyer. Before Chapter 1 of the vacuum quenching furnace enterprise product standard, it should be marked: "This standard is formulated based on (or with reference to) JB/T 8195.4."
