Scope: 1.1 This standard specifies various requirements for ZR series vacuum heat treatment and brazing furnace products, including variety specifications, technical performance, ordering and supply, etc. 1.2 This standard applies to vacuum resistance furnaces designed in accordance with 4.1, 5.1 and 517 and mainly used for gas quenching, tempering, annealing, normalizing, sintering, brazing, etc. of metal materials in a vacuum state. 1.3 The enterprise product standards for vacuum furnaces should be formulated in accordance with the provisions of 1.33 in GB/T 10067.1-1988 and meet the requirements of this standard. Enterprise product standards for Sichuan vacuum resistance furnaces such as external heating type, internal heating type without air cooling system, pressurized gas quenching, etc. should be formulated with reference to this standard. Its technical performance also meets the requirements of 5.3 of this standard unless otherwise specified or otherwise agreed between the supplier and the buyer. Before Chapter 1 of the vacuum resistance furnace enterprise product standard, it should be marked: "This standard is formulated based on (or with reference to) JB/T 8195.3."
