Scope: 1.1 This standard specifies various requirements for RM series box-type quenching resistance furnace products, including variety specifications, technical performance, ordering and supply, etc. 1.2 This standard applies to box-type quenching furnaces designed in accordance with the requirements of 4.1, 5.1 and 5.2 and mainly used for steel parts to undergo heat treatment processes such as carburizing, carbonitriding and quenching under a controlled atmosphere. 1.3 Enterprise product standards for quenching furnaces should be formulated in accordance with the provisions of 1.3.3 in GB/T 10067.1-1988 and meet the requirements of this standard. For box-type quenching furnaces whose design is different from the requirements of 4.1, 5.1 and 5.2 (such as different structural types, water quenching instead of oil quenching, etc.), the enterprise product standards should be formulated with reference to this standard. Its technical performance shall not be otherwise specified or supply and demand. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties. The requirements of 5.3 of this standard should be met. Before Chapter 1 of the box-type quenching furnace enterprise product standard, it should be marked: "This standard is formulated based on (or with reference to) JB/T 8195.2."
