- Scope
- This standard specifies the definition, product classification and model, technical requirements, performance testing and inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of large and medium-sized air separation equipment. This standard applies to air separation equipment with an oxygen output greater than or equal to 1000 m^(3)/h, which uses low-temperature methods to separate air to produce oxygen, nitrogen gas and argon. Note 1 The oxygen and nitrogen production in this standard refer to the gas volume in the standard state, that is, the gas volume at 0°C and 101.325 kPa (absolute). The unit is m^(3)/h. 2 If the pressure in this standard is not specified, it is gauge pressure, and (absolute) means absolute pressure.
