- This standard specifies vibration limits for ventilator operation. This standard also specifies the measurement parts for measuring fan vibration, requirements for measuring instruments, installation of the product under test, and operating conditions during measurement. This standard is applicable to the factory inspection, type testing and acceptance of on-site vibration indicators of centrifugal, axial flow and mixed flow ventilator products.
